What are the minimum and maximum durations for a Booking?<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Our venue is available for private hire from 8:00am to 11:00pm, 7 days a week. The minimum duration is 5 hours for the halls and 4 hours for the kitchen, including setup and clear up time. <\/span>The venue must be vacated latest by 11:15pm to allow our Caretaker to close down.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Alcohol can be served to your guests but not sold, as we do not have a license. <\/span>Alcohol consumption only allowed in the Dining Hall. Non-vegetarian food of any sort, excluding eggs, are NOT\u00a0<\/span>allowed to be cooked or brought ready cooked into the venue. <\/span><\/b>This includes sandwiches and other non-veg cold\/ finger foods like pizzas you may like to <\/span>serve.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Do I need to have a Caretaker and Security\/ Parking staff?<\/span>

We have a Caretaker who will be there to open up and close down the venue and to supervise use of all facilities during your booking. Security\/ Parking staff are optional and can be booked for you to help manage arrival of your guests, directing them to the local car park, etc.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

You can use your own Caterer but we must have their details at the time of booking confirmation so we can check their Health & Safety<\/span>
qualifications. We have our own approved list of caterers for various types of cuisine and this can be provided upon your booking being available.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

We can set up the venue as per your requirements, provided these are confirmed and agreed at least 2 weeks before the booking. The Hirer is responsible <\/span>for cleaning up the halls after an event, and the Caterer must clean up and return the kitchen in the same state it was made available. We can provide a <\/span>full cleaning service if required.
