Booking and Hire terms must be complied with fully as agreed upon a booking request being confirmed. A £100 non-refundable booking deposit must be paid asap to secure a booking once hire charges have been agreed. This will be refunded within three weeks after hire, subject to no further charges for the event. The full hire charges must be paid at least four weeks in advance of the event date. Payments are accepted by bank transfer to Raghuvanshi Association, National Westminster Bank, account 24224677 and sort code 56-00-29
